Refund Policy

At Priority Home Solutions, we take pride in the quality of our work and the professionalism of our services. Because home improvement projects involve custom labor, materials, and scheduling, all payments made for services are non-refundable.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are required to secure materials, labor, and scheduling. These deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.

  • Final payments are due according to the terms of your contract.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible.

  • Cancellations after materials have been purchased or work has begun cannot be refunded.

3. Service Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If an issue arises with workmanship, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem in line with the original scope of work.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases where Priority Home Solutions cannot perform the contracted services due to circumstances within our control.

5. Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
